Step 1

Apply: X-agon is a skill-based employer. What we really look for is skill, drive, intelligence, boldness, and integrity. If you feel you are the kind of person we need for any open role, you only need to send in your resume. Our positions remain open until we find the right fit.

Step 2

Interviews and a task: If you tick some of the boxes, you will be invited for an interview either physically or virtually. After the interview you will be asked to complete a task from home. Next, you will have a final interview with a senior management team member before we make a final decision.
