He is a founding partner of FIC Gateway Holding Plc, a Financial Inclusion Centers group made up of FIC Exchange Plc, FIC Professionals Network Plc and SME Credit Guarantee Company Plc. Sola has over 28 years hands on experience managing various pioneering projects for the Presidency of Nigeria, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST), Nigeria Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and several state governments.  

A Program for Leadership Development (PLD) graduate of the Harvard Business School, USA as well as B.SC. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a certified Digital Identity Management Systems Specialist and a participant in the World Bank Financing for Development project.  

Sola was part of the team that introduced Bank Verification Number (BVN) in the Nigerian Banking Sector as well the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) SIM Card registration, Joint Admission & Matriculation Board (JAMB) electronic testing, National Agric Payment Initiative (NAPI) for the Farmer Ecosystem across Nigeria. The FG Social Investment Program MarketMoni and TraderMoni as well as the on-going National Identity Number (NIN ) ecosystem by NIMC.
